bowl & brunch

Dine n Drive Square (1).png

Due to COVID-19, instead of hosting our annual philanthropy event, Bowl & Brunch, we will be hosting “Dine and Drive,” a drive by pancake fundraiser with a car wash the following afternoon! All proceeds raised will be donated to The Refuge for DMST!

The Refuge for DMST is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and shelter for young victims of human trafficking in Texas. They provide trauma-informed, long-term restoration community with on-site services for girls, minors through age 19, who have been exploited through sex trafficking. It is actually the largest long-term, live-in rehabilitation facility for child survivors of sex trafficking in the United States, yet it still houses less than 80 young girls. There are less than 600 beds available nationwide for child sex trafficking survivors, but we have over 13,000 animal shelters. The lack of resources for victims of human trafficking is the reason Legacies has chosen The Refuge as our Philanthropy- we want to help empower young women who often go unnoticed or cared for.

Dine & Drive will be taking place on Saturday April 10th at Renegade Bakery and Culinary Studio, and Sunday April 11th Sevcik's Service Center. Standard pancake tickets will include 3 full pancakes with unlimited toppings of your choice submissions for $7, a standard car wash ticket for $5, and we will be offering a free car wash if you buy two pancake tickets! We will also be having a silent online auction starting April 3rd!

Come grab some good food and get your car washed all while supporting an incredible cause! Tickets can be purchased using the link below, or if you'd like to make a monetary donation, you can do so by venmoing @tamulegacies!
